Over recent years employers have recognised the importance of staff development in both helping to improve staff morale and increase levels of customer service satisfaction. In recognition of this Focus Counselling Services has developed a programme of training workshops for managers and staff developed to meet these demands.

Training sessions can be provided for groups of up to 16 individuals either from our training and workshop centre in Hull city centre or on your own premises.
