Focus Counselling Services is committed to maintaining the highest standards in the delivery of employee assistance programmes.

As an Organisational Member of BACP we are bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy, the Ethical Guidelines for Researching Counselling and Psychotherapy (where organisations undertake research) and subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure for the time being in force.

All of our counsellors are qualified and trained to the highest standards.

Delivery of customer care is overseen by our Director of Counselling, Peter Palumbo.

A number of our senior counsellors are also involved in education, providing training and supervision on a number of university and college courses.

Our counsellors have a wide variety of disciplines and approaches, as well a range of therapeutic interventions dependant upon customer preference. This allows us the flexibility to offer specific support dependent on the issues being faced.

Our counsellors have worked with a wide range of national organisations and consequently we can offer expertise in a variety of fields, including employment and work related issues, bereavement, psychosexual and relationship problems and mediation.
