In providing an EAP, Focus counselling would initially make an assessment of the type of EAP wich most suits your organisation. A variety of EAP solutions would be prepared for consideration. Upon agreement, we would introduce the programme into your organisation, working in partnership with existing employee support services. We can also provide publicity in the form of promotional literature, articles for staff magazines and will visit your organisation to inform staff of the services on offer.
